Native to St. Louis, Catherine Eubank, PA-C obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Missouri State University. She obtained her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky.

Catherine began practicing as a physician assistant in rural southwestern Kansas at a critical access hospital. She provided primary care, emergency medicine and in patient care.

In the fall of 2022, Catherine married her college sweetheart, Cole. They decided to begin the next chapter of their lives by relocating back to Missouri with their great Dane, Bella, to be closer to family.

Catherine is passionate about primary care and is excited to join Liberty Family Medicine. She feels it is important to provide personalized care for her patients, stating “I can do more for my patients by focusing on the person behind the illness”.

In her free time Catherine enjoys hiking, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Catherine will be practicing at the Columbia location and is currently pre-enrolling patients.
